At TaxCaller (operated by TaxCaller India LLP), we offer professional tax and legal compliance services. This Refund Policy explains refund eligibility.

1. No Automatic Refund

Payments are non-refundable once service processing has started.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Payment deducted but service not initiated
• Duplicate payment by client
• Service failure due to our fault

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after work initiation
• Incorrect details provided by client
• Government fees already paid

4. Refund Request

Requests must be emailed within 7 days to support@taxcaller.com.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Final Decision

The decision of TaxCaller India LLP shall be final.
